Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard shipping within New Zealand: 2–5 business days.

• Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days.

• International shipping is currently not available.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delays
